Identify this choke tube

This is a 20 gauge choke tube. It is marked MOD. 4 times around the tube just below the serrations.

I need to know the manufacturer and models it fits. Any info will be appreciated. I can not post some pictures. It keeps inserting duplicates. How can I delete the duplicates?

  We see a total of 6 pics above, & not 1 of them utilizes the tape's inch scale to show us the OAL. 

  Be advised that the thread form, diameter & pitch would also help greatly here (assuming the poster knows what those features are). Otherwise, please pass the crystal ball.
