Any Sign In Suggestions?

So far, this forum software won't let me sign in with Firefox or Chrome - only Edge (which I detest). Strangely, it will let me sign into the auction side from any of the 3. When I click “Community”, then “Sign In”, it loops back to the “Help” page every time. Yes, I've tried signing into the auction side first. Has anyone discovered any tricks to get in from Chrome or Firefox - or what am I doing wrong?

Well I'm not any kind of computer geek what-so-ever, but your problem is probably on GB's end. This new forum is full of problems. The issue banner has been up for six weeks at the top of every page. For what it's worth, I am running chrome and have no problems signing in.

I'm signed in with Firefox, but this new software seems to have a mind of its own, so who knows what will happen the next time I try it.

Welcome to the forum. Many, many wonderful members have experienced many,many issues within community.
There is an entire team of experts working on some of the many, many issues. Both of them are taking turns. This may take a little time, but it also not like lost astronuts in space.

Mine works Fine on Firefox.
Kicker might be I log with firefox, go to Gunboker then scroll to forums. Never an issue.
But then the new version , me no likey one little bit. If it were not for following the auction side I would not be here

Update. I was able to sign on with Chrome on a smart phone, but still creates a loop with Help Center if I try using Chrome or Firefox on my desktop.

I just finally got back on after a month. For some reason, it let me in tonight. This is just nuts

I log in on the auction side. Scroll down to forums when press sign in it automatic.
