    In KY the "age of consent" is 16. So maybe they will move here and everything will be nice and legal like!

    Legal age of consent aside, it has been known to happen. By the time I was sixteen technically I could of had dozens of kids. Young people are known to have a lapse in judgment. At least they didn't just keep silent and "make it go away."

    In todays day and age a female and male have MANY birth control methods available to prevent pregnancy. It has been my assertion for over 15 years that women WANT to have babies, even when terrible circumstances like this one.
    Feminist and liberal groups have been telling us for years the reason for pregnancies and births out of wedlock is due to lack of education and availaility of birth control. This is nonsense.
    Since Plan B has been available over the counter without a prescription births have GONE UP.
    The fact is Ms Spears was reckless and selfish and so was this "man". Just another statistic of children born out of wedlock in America when it could have been prevented.
    No politician talks about it. No one likes to talk about it.
