NR buyers???
How do you guys handle NR buyers? I've been jerked around by NR sellers before and I probably won't buy from them anymore. Just wondering if a seller can block bidders or restrict them until cleared somehow? Thanks.

NR buyers always make me a little nervous but I've never had one not follow through on my stuff. You could state in the item description that you do not want any NR buyers to bid. At worst you may have to re-list the item. 0 -

I'm an NR buyer, I refer people to my ebay feedback until I become better known here. I have bought a couple of items here, waiting until the transactions are complete for a rating. We're not all bad, but even I am wary of new bidders, and on occasion new sellers. Good luck, I hope things work out for every seller/ buyer 0
