Note: In accordance with Mich. Comp. Laws ? 28.432a(f), the State of Michigan may honor valid out-of-state permits held only by residents of a reciprocal state. Therefore, Texas concealed handgun licenses issued to non-resident Texans under V.T.C.A. Government Code ? 411.173 are not eligible for reciprocal recognition under this Agreement.

You should honestly double check. A phone call to the Texas Attorney General would be cheaper than a fine or time spent in jail.

But if I am correct Texas has an Reciprocal agreement with the following States..

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia and Wyoming.
