Ideler pully noise

I got an ideler pully makeing a squeeking noise in the damp weather when I first start the car up. After about 15 minutes or so it goes away. There is no play in the bearing or anything.

Is there something I can do to quiet it besides replaceing it?

It is not hurting anything but is anoying when I first start it up untill it quiets down.

  Hi Nunn, glad to meet you. Thanks for the advice, the new tensioner sure looks cheap. The new pulley is plastic, but I'm sure its made to last. (I hope) I was in the Air National Guard for four years, I enjoyed it but had to prove to some older men that a girl could be a mechanic. They played a lot of mean tricks on me but I turned out alright![:o)]
  
  I just bought this truck for volunteer work, gotta pick up some food and Christmas presents in December. Whoopee my first truck!
