Have you heard the adds for this sunday?

Have you turned the tv on in the last 2 months. I can't wait until sunday so we don't have to see the add 50 times a day!

MODERN MARVELS, is the best show on History. That and "HOW IT'S MADE" are the best shows on TV, if U asked me...[^]

Your not kidding! the advertisement is reaching the "John Basedow" "Fitness made simple" level of annoyance .
Wanted to add, I am not home all day long and I have seen the add four times already today!

Yup..But what torks my jaws is all the "decode" this, "decode that.." If it exists, decode it. Decode the bible, decode Egypt, decode Jesus, decode decoding...Decode my snotty sinuses. Decode my smelly armpits.

    Do me a favor..Decode my a**.

I rank The History Channel down there next to the bottom along with The Military Channel.

Any more they just show the same twenty programs over and over.

What was that line in the old song?

Bought a satellite system an tied it to the top of my Japanese car. Took it home aimed it at the stars.. 57 channels and theres nothing on..

Rotten meanies are not bringing back DOGFIGHTS! after 2 seasons.

It's the manliest show on TV and I will miss it.

Don't bother complaining on THC's website, cause everything critical of their decisions get poofed.

I was going to say, what happened to all the WWII stuff. That was when it was my favorite channel.

Yeah, lots of their stuff lately has been religion-oriented...It used to be the only network I watched...I rarely do ever more...I seriously find SpongeBob SquarePants more educational...the only shows I really watch anymore are How It's Made, Family Guy and Mythbusters...

    And the problem is...

History Channel and SCIFI are next to each other. I think it's crosstalk.

What has happened is that the History Channel has fragmented.
Back when was OTR trucking, we didn't get the HC on our local cable. But I watched it frequently at the trucstops. (THC was a trucker favorite). It was almost always about either the Old West or WW-2). (Never underestimate the entertainment value of the Nazi's).
So I lobbied my local cable provider to get it here. THEN they fragmented and started The Military Channel etc. And now I'm stuck w/ "Modern Marvels" and the the history of the hammer.

Yeah, Modern Marvels used to be a favorite of mine, until the episode: Modern Marvels: Concrete

I stopped watching it that day...
