Lee Comes Through !

I broke my Lee zip case trimmer when I pulled the handle too hard. I sent it to the factory and they replaced it even though I had no reciept. Less than a week turnaround (less then 75 miles from home...) I really like it. I can trim about 4 cases a minute with it. Why is it reloading companies treat thier customers so well?
