FFL needed for in state gun sale?????????

Do I have to ship a long gun to an FFL dealer in the state of Georgia(from GA)? If we meet face to face no FFL is needed right??? Thanks for any input.

  Face to face is fine,........also as long as you are not a FFL holder yourself, you can ship direct to the buyer in your own state.
  I would ask for a copy of his drivers license though, or even better a CCW if he has one.
  That covers you for age, and the CCW also lets you know he is not a felon.
  Not a necessity though.

  There used to be a 4473 for non over the counter sales (presumably in-state sales) but I havent seen one in years.
