EVERYBODY, STAY HOME FROM SCHOOL ON SEPTEMBER 11TH... NO MATTER WHAT SCHOOL YOU GO TO, WHAT STATE YOU LIVE IN, THINK ABOUT IT... TEACHERS SHOW UP AND NOBODY IS IN CLASS... THEN THEY'LL LEAVE... TELL A LOT OF PEOPLE AND LETS SEE IF WE CAN MAKE IT ON NEWS... WHY SEPTEMBER 11TH? CAUSE ITS A DAY WE SHOULD NOT BE IN SCHOOL BECAUSE OF WHAT HAPPENED.. WE GET SCHOOL OFF FOR A BUNCH OF DEAD PRESIDENTS BUT WE DON'T GET SCHOOL OFF FOR A MASS MURDER OF PEOPLE WE PROBABLY KNEW? AND ALL THE AMAZING FIRE FIGHTERS THAT DIED FOR THIS COUNTRY!! ... JUST KEEP REPOSTING AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW...NO SCHOOL SEPT. 11TH

    I will stay home from work that day when someone gives me the couple few hundred dollars I am going to loss from sitting home on my butt doing nothing at all.

    i miss a day of school, i have to write a 5 page college level paper in apa format with annotated footnotes, bibliography, the whole nine. no disrespect to the departed, but i will be in class.

    btw, i agree that a day off in memorium of 9/11 would be viewed by the vast majority of todays youth as nothing more than a day when they dont have to go to school leaving time for video games, mallratting, drugs and unprotected sex(damn i miss being 16...)

    I wouldn't miss school but I would keep in mind that these guys are big on symbolism. 9-11 would be a day they would consider to do another terrorist act.

    wow. thanks for stereo typing us sixteen year olds. not all of us are lazy drug adicted sex adicts. and your not the only one that will have a ton of hard work to do if you miss a day but thats not what its about. write the paper now. and show some respect. do something to help our troops that day, vounteer or something. just stop whining about how much work you would have to make up and think about someone else for a change.
