Mosin nagant scout rifles

I was wondering if any one on GB has made, or currently is making a mosin nagant scout rifle. im in the process of finnishing my mosin nagant m91/30. I cut the barrel down to 22" from 27", I also added a composite stock, I put a scout scope mount, I have a BSA red dot on it now but im going to put a long eye relief pistol scoped on it soon.     I did one of mine and it works great! It is towards the right in the picture!

    NICE, how do you like it? I still have to paint mine, Brownells makes some stuff you spray on then you bake the gun in the oven, I hear it works well. Im also looking into a long eye relief scope, what kind do you have?4tu3cpk.jpg

    I like it. It took a deer last year.

    It is a little different with a long eye relief scope as far as getting used to it. But once used to it it works pretty good.

    If I get mine finnished and sighted in, in time for hunting season I would like to use it to take a deer.[:D]

    Nice job. It might look a little purdier with one of those Leupold Extended Eye Relief scopes made for that application though. [:D]

    I plan on outfitting it with a long eye relief pistol scope in the near future, but as far as leupold goes, im not sure I want to put a $250 scope on a $100 gun. im looking at a 1.5x32 NIKON, its $130 at my local trading post but im trying to find one on ebay for less.

    I LOVE THIS GUN!!!
