Hey, sorry if I offended you - didn't mean to. I know of many German families who lived in Russia since before 1700-s, only to be shot or sent to Siberia by Stalin's ChK-NKVD-OGPU-KGB folks. I am from Russia, graduated from college there. My first college adviser was Wilhelm Nietzsche (although he pronounced it Nichke), I loved that man. What I meant - after what Russia repeatedly did to Germany and germans since 1800's - why would any german sing about wonderful Russia and beautiful Moscow?! It must be some kind of masochistic disorder or something similar on their part. Once again, no personal offence implied!! 0 -
