I was actually looking for this part to fix an old Remington slide-action .22...(the model number is driving me crazy right now ETA Remington 572 pump action)...after getting the wrong parts from Gun Parts a few times, I resorted to putting the upgrade "BDL" rear sight on it and adjusting it down to where the lower front sight would allow the gun to shoot to POA.

The part between the base and the flip up sight leaf is apparently impossible to find right now. At least at Gun Parts Corp.

Rear sight : 1.551 " L .640 W
Plastic Base : 2.5114" L .502 W
Insert: 0.825 " L .064 W
Fr. Sight: 2.543" L .350 W

Hope this helps. If these measurements do not match up with yours, I will wait to be corrected.
