My son looks like he wants to hunt (proud grin)

well even with warmer than normal weather and no wind or rain/snow,..we managed to bang down a few of them yesterday afternoon. My son looks as though he will a good hunter. He has no issue with them being shot or not being alive,..so gun training is on the horizon[:D]

    my three year old during deer season wanted me to let him have a gun to shoot a deer with[:D]

    PS: How do you keep that Polaris so clean? Our weather has been so crappy that mine is a mess. It needs to warm up and dry out around here so I can get the pressure washer out.

    Sarge,..the only reason it's so clean is that it's brand new. The Gators have been beat to death and the Pug just couldn't keep up with the gators, so the Polaris is the newest addition to the farm.

    Tom,...for goose I usually breast them out, marinate in a mixture of worchestire sauce, melted butter, Kitchen Bouquet browning sauce, onion powder and garlic powder,...then grill[:p]

    .....or you can cover them and bake on low temp for all day with a sauce made from orange juice concentrate with brown sugar and some of the zest thrown in. Turn many times during the day to keep the whole bird wet.
