no hidden meaning. i almost got one when i was 19-21 yrs old. the reason ? girls LOVE them. girls even get them too. i knew guys who got their nipples pierced and took their shirts off and all of a sudden girls were interested in them.
now that i am older i couldnt care less though, lol.

I think they look gay on guys. And the "fashion" if you can call it such, started there, in the gay community.
On women, they advertise "kinky". But I've had more than one who lay there like a corpse during "the act"...and I'm not into necro-love.

Body peircings are supposed to create an image. Most folks I've met do not really live up to the image. Just fad followers like most of the sheep.

Body piercing and tattoo's are the new "In" thing. Like all the teens and college kids are gettin 'em done. I'm trying to think of a single person I know between the ages of 17-23 besides myself that doesn't have a tatoo or piercing other than the ears... Nope, everyone I know.
I think in the next twenty years, it will be common place and acceptable in the work place, unless there is a big pendilum swing in the other direction. They just seem to be getting more and more popular, and now there are tv reality shows based on tatoo and piercing businesses. Crazy huh...
But hey, just think, there was a time when Elvis was considered borderline extreme and against mainstream. Now look at all the 50 year olds buying motorcycles and trying to relive the youth they never got too... Crazy huh...0 -
