Kind of a shock

I got paid today and had forgot about the 2.3% raise. When my money hit the bank I was thinking something was wrong at first untill it hit me.

    It was not enuff to be that impressive! But when you know the exact dollar amount you get each and every payday you notice the difference.

    Know what you mean when you say you know the difference in payments. I got noticifaction today that I will be clearing $150. more a month on my disability pension starting Jan. 2. Great I can hardly wait.

    I got a shock also they are going to take out about a 100 bucks a month for Part D. That sucks because I still have Prescription coverage from my old job.

    I was not complaining. I just had forgot about the raise and was shocked when I saw it.

    Good for you, GRD! My luck runs more along the lines of "surprises" on my paycheck being not for the better.
