Pictorials/Videos of dressing game?

I need some larnin' about skinning and dressing game, like deer, and dove, and suchlike - I have been present at a few animal skinning/dressings, but it was a long time ago, and I had no part in it, so i don't remember details.

Anybody have links or sources?

  Get the book "Butchering Deer" by John Weiss. For small game, "Basic Butchering of Livestock and Game" by John J. Mettler, Jr. Both are good guides. Amazon should have them. I have had my copies for years.
