I received the packages from both of you and thanks much.
Some time back I asked for sources of minerals and gemstones to start a collection for the kids. These two great members donated several great samples for my collection. It is appreciated. Zebra, special thanks for the 5ct diamond! I have decided it needs to go in a ring I'm having made.
I really wish I were able to get out and prospect for this stuff myself. Unfortunately, here in N. MS, the only rocks we have are sandstone. They do not add much to a collection. Again, thanks to both of you for your contributions. Tom
