Oppose Law of the Sea Treaty

response to our petition opposing the Law of the Sea
treaty with over 68,000 signers in less than a week.

Gaffney says the treaty "confers upon an international organization
associated with the United Nations control of seven-tenths of
the earth's surface." But it is worse than that. As Gaffney
pointed out in my interview, this treaty also could give the
"International Seabed Authority" jurisdiction over what happens
within our country due to environmental or other impacts on the oceans.
