UPS strikes again

I gendrally have pretty good luck with them but this package I really, really wanted ASAP is going around the world. Maybe tomorrow since it is now only 150 miles away. So far this is its route:
Fife WA (Billing info received 29 July)(picked up Aug 5)

    I shipped some ammo to someone who is out-of-state. The buyer would be content if it was left on the porch but UPS won't do that this time. Lord knows they've done it often enough with handguns I've shipped.
