FN's 5.7 or 9mm
In a carbine which do you believe is better? Why? Yep this is a gun question. Go figure. I have a PS90 amd I am thinking about getting a Wilkinson Terry carbine in 9mm. [8D]

For squirrels and pest control, the 5.7 is a good choice. For defense, of the two, go with the 9mm. 0 -
I have a 9 mm carbine. Love it. For defence, yes definatly gor for the 9. Shooting for fun? again, go for the 9. 0 -
Get one of each, I intend to. 9mm would probably be the one I choose to use though, unless some body armor is involved, then it would be the 5.7. 9mm ammo is cheaper, so you can shoot it a lot more. Or, get a 9mm carbine and the 5.7 handgun. Or the opposite, up to you, but I'm still getting both eventually, the PS90 and the Beretta Cx4 Storm. 0 -
9mm for plinking, 45 ACP for serious social encounters.

I have a PS90 that I got in December 2006. I went back and forth on trying to decide between a Beretta Storm in 9mm, or if I should suck it up and buy the PS90. I managed to track down 2 people in my area with PS90s for me to try.
After I shot the first one, I went home and ordered an Eotech, the accessory rails, case, and a bunch of other stuff. I then found a black PS90 about a week or so later.
I don't regret buying it, and I'd do it all over again. The gun is just so cool.
There are places online to buy the ammo at a decent price too. We have a sponsor at the FN Forum that's selling it pretty cheap.0
