FN weapon fans?!
Any FN fans here?
I really love my PS90, but they also make some other great guns, like the FS2000, Five Seven handgun, FNP handgun, FN bolt action rifles, FN Hi Power handguns, and lots of other cool stuff.

Not true. I tried to get back to you, but you claimed that you were leaving.
NO ONE edited your posts - there are only 2 of us admins there. Someone went and deleted many of your posts and put smiley faces. When an admin edits a post, it doesn't leave any "last edited by" remark. All of yours were edited by your own account. Someone has your password and did it - either someone in your home, or someone with your password. I have no idea who did it - but someone used your own acct to edit your posts.

Yes, they do - but those FN M16s are only sold to the military. I think FN has some contract limitations somewhere that doesn't allow them to sell civilian ARs.0 -

I have a PS90 - currently, I am debating on whether or not I want to get a Five Seven. I like the idea of a pistol that uses the same ammo as my carbine. And, I like the 20 shot capacity (30 with a mag extension that is sold).
Also, people can claim what they want about the ammo (that is a huge topic in and of itself, and when the debate about the ammo starts, the thread always breaks down in an argument) - but the 197 ammo expands pretty well. I would be satisfied to use it for self defense. And, there is supposed to be very little recoil from the 5-7 pistol (there is not much recoil in my PS90 carbine, that is for sure).
I also like the idea of having a household self defense gun where the ammo won't go penetrating a bunch of walls and possibly hurt someone in another room. The ammo breaks up when hitting hard surfaces - yet still can damage soft tissue.
The 195 penetrates better than the 197 VMax round, but it doesn't expand. It just flips inside the target. I think the 197 makes the better self defense ammo.

I've got the PS90 ... the Five Seven handgun just doesn't do anything for me and I hate the price of ammo too. That's why I'm going to reload [8D] A guy on the AK47.net forum made a run of Dillon 550B shell plates, I picked up a set of dies, and when I was at Sierra's plant I got some 40 grain Hornets that should make for an interesting load.
The FS2000 is just way too ugly for me to buy without handling one first.0 -

first glolk is crap..second fn is cool i like the p-90..i did like the 5n7 untill i picked it up an relized there is no exposed metal on the whole gun an makes for a very very toyish feel..the one thing i do like is the 3-20round clips it comes with, an has class3 AP capability's 0 -

I have the pistol, have had it for quite awhile now. I like it a lot, AND my wife likes it even more. There is very little recoil so she shoots tiny little groups with it real fast. I would have no problem with her using it for self defense. 21 rounds is nothing to sneeze at. I have shot large groundhogs with it from 50 yards and they looked like they were hit with a 22 Hornet at 100 yards. 0
