    Looks like a sad situation down there, but on the bright side it would be a great opportunity for those folks to clean the trash from around their lakes and streams.

    Looks like the lakes around here, not this past summer, but the one before that and the one before that. Some lakes were 8 feet below normal. They are all OK now, though.
