Illegals and the housing market

Now that housing is slowing down, and some places stopping altogether, so you think the illegals will head back to Mexico or just hang around here and leach off this country even more. Will crime involving illegals increase?

    They will buy houses, probably financing them through Bank of America.

    There was a lot of new home construction going on in the area where I live. They're building a subdivision on the farm across from me. I noticed that there wasn't a lot of hispanics doing work there but our little town is full of them. I don't think they will leave. They're here and why not stay. Our enlightned state and federal government will be sure to take care of them. Last week I was at my daughter's elementary school for registration and I was a minority. It was at least 3-1 with the whites being the 1. I thought I had somehow got sucked into transporter and ended up in Guadelahara (sp?). This is in southern Indiana. Even without work they still have it better off here than they do in their home country.

    Nah, the gov. we will buy it for them.

    They will stay in the houses they haven't finished, get more from the state and fed gov. because they are homeless, unemployed and illegal.

    Crawfordsville is well on the way to having a "barrio" of our very own. Mexicans own a downtown building which has stores and apartments. A rental complex on the south side is mexican owned and a trailer court on the west side is 75% mexican and the locals are fleeing it as fast as they can.
