    If the DA doesn't press the issue, he may, as some of the witnesses are "waffling" already.

    lets see...a man facing LIFE in prison for kidnapping and armed robbery who has a history of fleeing police was given $125,000 in bail ? it sickens me to say this but i think OJ is going to walk on these charges too.
