Court gone Nutz
TAMPA- A 13 year old boy was suspended from school for destroying bathroom doors. His first day home his mother caught him sexually molesting his younger half brothers ages 4 and 7. He was taken to juvenile detention facility on charges of sexual battery and lewd and livacious molestation. After 21 days there the judge ordered him back home. When the mother objected the judge told her she would be charged with child abandoment if she refused to let the boy back home. The father now sleeps on a pallet in the living room at night with the two kids in the same room to protect them from the other boy. [:(] The boy admitted to have molested the others many times before.

What's even worse?? If the brat's parents punished him or disciplined him in any effective way, that same judge would sentence them for abuse of a minor. 0 -
Wonder what he is going to be like at 30 years of age? Most studies say he more than likely will not deviate from his actions and will continue with this behavior..[:(] 0 -
this still doesnt explain why his father sleeps on a pallet 0 -
The judge is a stupid a**hole. 0 -
RB: in this case a "Pallet" is a bed made on the floor usually of some sort of pad for a matress. Not a pallet made of wood slats. LMAO. 0 -

No doubt the courts have gone nuts, we see evidence of that almost daily.[:(!][V][:(!] 0 -
Yeah, I know I'm gonna come off sounding like the resident Flaming Liberal here, but I seriously wonder what kind of abuse led to his destructive and violently predatory acts? Something lit this kid off. He needs therapy. 0 -

Col Plink has a very good point. My bestfriend in a Juv. parole office and deals mostly with juv sex offenders. 99% have been either abused or molested. This kid will be in the system the rest of his life and will sooner or later be incarserated for the rest of his life. Sadly, probably not sooner.0
