To each his own, no fan of 25 I think the 22 would be better than that. If your happy go for it and thanks for posting[:D][}:)]

I would prefer a good ax handle over a .25

IMHO hide out guns are a matter of comfort and personal taste. If you want concealability you will sacrifice power and accuracy. your choice is as good as any if it works for you. I prefer my Bersa .380 for concealement but I would rather have my kimber .45 or a .357 revolver if I knew I was going to be shooting.

Depending on where I am going to be and what I am wearing on any givin day is the factor weather I am walking out the door with the Kimber Ultra Model, or the Seecamp .32

my everyday CCW is an XD45 compact. I am getting ready to buy a Keltec P3AT for those times when I'm running out the door in sweat pants, etc and cannot wear a holster. I'd rather have something that nothing.

Myriad of choices when it comes to pocket guns: http://www.mouseguns.com/PocketAutoComparison.pdf

My personal choice is Seecamp LWS .32 ACP. What made you choose Taurus PT25?

If a 25 cal is all you can afford or find to use then I guess it will tide you over until you can get a better gun. It would be better than mothing and almost as good as a tazer.

Hey Polite: givette here. I posted a recommendation to you over on the .45ACP revolver posting you did a while back. Did you catch it? Joe

    I did so Joe: http://forums.gunbroker.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=273388

Made me change my mind about classic remakes: for about the same ammount of money, I could get a collector's piece.

    Thank you very much.

Im no fan of the .25 auto but it will do the job if you have time to place your shot, and your attacker isnt wearing heavy clothing. Its better than nothing by far. I carry a NAA 5 shot .22 LR as a back up" back up gun, I load it with rat shot hoping if I have to use it I can put out my attackers eyes with it at close range.

I have been carrying the KelTec P3AT and love it. Carried it for a month all day, every day before I told my wife and she said "really? I never knew!". I carry it in a pocket holster and looks like a wallet in my front pocket. Before I bought it, I read testimonials here on GB and it got good reviews for the most part.
Hope I never have to use it!!

I have a P3AT and carry it most of the time. I also have a Bauer .25ACP. Rarely carry it. The Keltec is lighter and the profile is less than the "Baby Browning" copy. Still, the .25 is better than throwing a handful of rocks![8D]
