HK USP question
Ok...here's a gun/auction-related question. First of all, has anyone ever had any trigger work done to a USP? I'm looking at an auction right now ( http://www.gunbroker.com/auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=75323127 ) and it lists the USP as "Factory New" but the trigger has been "recalibarated". Are USP triggers that bad that they need to be "recalibarated"? I've shot a P7M8 but I've never shot a USP.

I have an HK USP .45 Compact. Great firearm, accurate and reliable.
NO idea at all what the seller is talking about concerning the trigger.0 -
I also have a USP 45C. Trigger is factory and very crisp and light. Still shoots like a champ after 30K rounds. Whats up with that auction ? 0 -

Trigger recalibarated for smooth semi-auto shotting. 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! WE PROMISE TO DELEIVER EXACTLY WHAT IS DISPLAYED IN EXCELLENT CONDITION OR WE WILL GLADLY REFUND YOUR MONEY. Also, you pay no tax!!!! your savings is over $200 for a brand new H&K!!!!
i wouldn't touch it, for one who goes to the range{assuming it was a range}, and shoots a gun only 2 times, even if they did 2 times would not be enough to determine "DEAD CENTER BULLS EYE ACCURATE", and that the trigger needs works
the usp probably has the most trigger options available for one gun, but regardless of the style all i have seen has been smooth0 -
I have the USP tactical which has an adjustable trigger. I don't think I'd ever have to get work done on it. It is perfect at the range. 0 -
Just get a Glock 0 -
HK with the LEM trigger is adjustable from the factory 7 or 8 down to +/- 5. It's a tack driver out of the box so I wouldn't mess with it.
Glock sells a competition trigger set up that is 2 1/2#. My Glock armorer advises against it unless the pistol is used only for match.
My Glock 26 with competition ported bbl does good enough for me and I don't plan any mods.0 -
I have the hk usp 40. great gun. personally, i wouldn't mess with the trigger either. I think someone "recalibrating" a trigger is thier own personal thing. and personally, HK is a better gun the Glock.[:)] 0
