I did not, at least as of Saturday. I assume it is running on Sunday also.
I have not been very happy about the cost of parking and the show and the lack of gun related goodies at past shows. Prices have been very high and a lot of non-gun related stuff is showing up.
Did you manage to attend?0 -
The best show in Portland is next month (August 25th & 26th). The theme is "Antique" fireams only... no modern junk[^]. 0 -
yeah i made it, $7 for parking, then $8 to get in, and a lot of books, knives, beads and crap. to be fair i did see some variety, at least as far as AK's, a lot of WASRS and yugos, and even some AK pistols and kit builds.
but i have noticed the number of actual guns at those gun shows has been getting worse, i dont know if its even worth the ridiculous parking/entry fees.
i did manage to get a nice 5lb trigger job done right there on my glock 23, along with some night sights.0 -
I quit going to the Expo shows a couple years ago. I like the little town shows.

I have not gone in 3 or 4 years.Too much to park and too much to get in.Plus $4.00 for a Coke and $4.00 for a hotdog don't get it.Also too many people standing in front of the tables yacking and blocking your veiw of the items that are for sale.Very few deals to be had.Better deals at local gun and pawn shops.I also like the smaller shows like the one in longview.

The show in Albany is probably the best in the state of Oregon. They have them twice a year at least. One is coming up in Sept. It is an invitation only show and doesn't have much in the way of beads, jerky, jewelry or art. Chack it out. 0 -
I went yesterday and am going again today. I have my eye on a Colt Cobra I saw yesterday. I go to most of the shows on the I-5 corridor between Eugene and Salem. My small, local club show in Vancouver is still the best.[:)] 0
