Driving the classic cars around[8D]
I got my 65 Chevelle malibu SS up and running today and i decided to take her to the gas station to fill her up(gas in tank was perty old)
In the two blocks from my house to the gas station i got one "thumbs up" from a guy on a bike and one "nod of approval" from one of the workers at the gas station[8D]
I went inside to pay for the gas and when i came back out there was some old guy sitting in his truck, parked right next to my car. As i walked by he handed me a piece of paper with his name and number on it and told me to call him if i ever wanted to sell her. He even offered me money right there on the spot for her---- LOL[:D][:D][:D]
I declined of course[;)]
There's just no feeling like driving these classic cars around town[^]

I haven't decided yet, I was thinking either a Regal Red or a Dark blue of some sort.

Ya, I bought the car thinking it was just a 2x2 fastback. After i got it home i did some research and discovered that it is a original 1965 Mustang Fastback GT---- SWEET![:p]
I thought i would have a 65 thieme going with my 65 Chevelle and my 65 Stang[:D][8D]0 -
Nice car, good project. I see she has the standard rear window pinch weld issue. But I suspect that she won't be sitting in the rain any more. Be sure to post pic's when you get her close to done (they are never done, there is almost always something you want to do to them). 0 -

There are a few Chevelles around in this town. Some are REALY nice. There is a 1970 SS that is driving around town that is beutiful[:p]0 -

tooo bad your so far away ,buddy of mine has a oem cherry hood painted viper red wants i think $250 for it sold the car and for some reason kept the extra hood i just sold the primer 66 you saw at my space. now that dart has to go.0 -
