New Man Hut EDIT: It Is Here!

My newest addition will be delivered today![:D]

I purchased a new 10x16 lofted storage barn last week and they are delivering it today.

The loft will be used for household storage, one side will be my tools and yard equipment, and the otherside will be my work benches (includeing a gunwork bench and a reloading bench).

I do believe my days of sitting in the house in front of this computer will be down considerablly![:D]

I will have my new man hut!!!!!!!![:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D]

I still need to get it finished out, but that is work that I'll be doing![:D]

    That is planned as soon as I wire the lights and such.

    It will get full insulation and drywall to keep in nice and warm in the winter and help keep it cool in the summer.

    Sheds rock! I've bought 2 cedar sheds from the Amish in PA over the past 3 years. About $3000 each. I put a generator tap in the one at my house so the generator is (somewhat) quiet during use. This is one of them. The other at my house is the same accept it has 2 windows, shutters and flower boxes on the windows. This one needed max security.

    I am putting stuff up in the loft now and allready have my yard equipment in there.

    Electrical will probly start tomarrow as my nieghbor said he has plenty of romex wire for me to wire it which will save me a bundle on that. But he is not home today so I have to get it later.

    I am going to end up haveing plenty of room in there though. That loft makes all the difference in the world as far as space for stuff.

    I have gotten about 75% of the stuff out of the house that is going in there and still have lots of room up in that loft.

    I priced my work benches this morning also. With the cabnets and all it will be about $500 for the whole works. These are the finished prefab setups from Lowes and they will suit my needs just fine.[:D]

    Kevin, I have some hard rock maple that I had sawed out for my work bench. I have 5 2x12x16' left if you want them. They make a excellent work bench top.

    I have a similiar shed with a loft. It is packed full. I need to build lean-to off it so the riding mower and dirtbikes have a home this winter.

    Course my garage is packed full also[:(]

    Yea I'll take them if I can figure out how to haul them.

    I was going to do something like that over the top of the prefab benches.

    I forget where you are at to even get them.[:I]

    Kevin, that's just a good rode trip for you and the kids on a sat. and Sun. and if you come down early , we can do the Disney thing that I told you about earler. Remember that car with all the plywood on in one of the pics. We can figure some way to tie it on the the blazer.
