    The party that is filing the suit (and their lawyer, split 50-50) should have to PAY THE DEFENDANT, whatever the amount is that they are suing for, should they loose the law suit.

    Why this case even went to court is beyond me....the waste of time, not to mention taxpayers money....cripes...

    I have heard and read some dumb statements in my life but none quite so dumb as:

    By the way, although this may seem irrelevant, Judge Pearson is black. He obviously grew up with that chip-on-a-shoulder nigga-attitude that the world owes him more than a living. It doesn't. It is instructive to note that the Chungs are Koreans, which next to Jews, Blacks hate the most. If you would like to leave a message expressing your outrage you can snail mail to:

    I have sent him a request for a recent photo so that all other business people can be on the alert and not do business with this piece of poop. If he ever sends it I will update this post.

    It would be helpful if you email your local congressman asking him to look into impeaching him for his serious lack of judgment. This would also be a good time to ask for tort reform; at the least we should have anyone who loses such frivolous cases pay the legal costs of the defendants.

    We need to incorporate caning, and the stocks into our criminal justice system.
    This moronic judge, throw out the case and five licks with the cane.
    Paris Hilton, you won't clog up a jail cell for weeks, rather, 12 hours in the stocks.

    Being a judge, at that. Makes me wonder how many ignorant/frivilous
    cases he's awarded tons of money for...if he thinks his pants were
    worth 50 some mil.
    He claims he's doing this "to alert,and for the benefit of consumers".

    Just saw on the news that the judge sueing was explaining the 54mil lawsuit. He said part of it was for pain and suffering and part of it was for attorny's fees. Guess what? He's defending himself and charging himself $400 an hour. He's already billed for 1400 hours. He should be thrown in jail.
