I think times have changed folks, this election will be different from any that we have seen. The internet is becomming a big factor these days and we may see people like Fred Thompson come from behind to do very well also.

I like Mitt Romney but doubt if he stands much chance of overtaking Rudy G.

My vote will go with Fred Thompson if he runs and continues to look like a conservative gun supporter. Then we add Tancredo or Duncon Hunter as a VP and we might have a team that can make it into a horse race.

In the end it does not matter. My freedom fighter brethren are all voting for Hillary. She is the finest, best choice. Sure, we are not able to legally vote, but that has not stopped us before.

We all have pictures of her on our walls. She is of course wearing a burkah. She makes a wonderful pinup model.

the front runners in 6 months for the republicans will be Romney, Thompson and Gingrich. The sell out amnesty loving, gun grabbing guiliani and mcain can go screw themselves.

I like the way you're thinking. I don't think Rudy could do as well in the southern states as Romney, , but I do think that either one of them could beat any democrat there. Would that be enough to put the republicans over the top - I don't think so.

It seems to me that the closer Fred leans toward those you mention, like Hunter, Tancredo, or Tommy Thompson for that matter, and the more he purposely distances himself from Romney, Rudy, and McCain, in public, the better chance the republicans will have of bringing some of their most loyal supporters back to the fold. If Fred wins the ticket, and picks Tancredo, Thompson, or Hunter, I believe that the republicans will win in 2008. Let's face it, the only people that any of these men would alienate are states that would most likley be lost anyway. If he plays them against Romney or Rudy up to that point, and then picks either of them, they might win, but it's doubtful from my perspective.

I second that, Dog. He's born, raised and trained to deceive.
