I emailed them about there actions on the ford spark plug incidents that have been shown to now start the whole damn truck on fire.

    Dear Sir or Madam,

    Holy crap! Is that for real? Really real? Oh my gosh! Well, you can really be sure that we will get on this right away. We have agents sitting on their thumbs just waiting for Internet communications just like this. Holy smokes. I can't believe it. Can you? And a spark plug, too. Who could have ever guessed this would happen? You know, the crazy thing is my daughter has spark plugs just like that. So does my neighbor, Ralph. Ralph is a little nutso, but overall he's a decent guy. He just runs around his lawn in his thong underwear and that makes some of the neighbors a little nervous, especially while he's chasing his Yorkie around. But, it is funny when the sprinklers go on automatically and then the sad part is that the thong goes kinda clear. Anyway Ralph's spark plugs were just replaced, so perhaps I should share this information with him as well. And, oh yeah, my daughter too.

    Damn those meanies!

    You have contacts eh? Well that would be swell, but I recon that the auto industry has a holt of the governments balls. Even so worth a shot.

    Got a letter and the subsequent reports, but until more people get injured or killed they will not lift a finger but rather monitor reports that could come from over 10 million vehicles.

    IMO, another instance where the bean counters have decided that it will be cheaper to settle any lawsuits than spend the money to correct the problem.
