A good much needed rain has hit us!
It has been raining all night!
I needed it around my place as my new lawn was starting to get some dried out spots as I could not keep up with watering it enuff.
I had also done a small amount of over seeding on some spots that came up a little thin from the first seeding.
I hope it keeps up for a couple days like they have called for!

...Well Kev you must have got some of mine...and your welcome to it! I broke 10" yesterday; since last Sat(?) night. Not rained the entire time, just every 4-5 hours a storm would come thru...and we are looking at multi inch rains today.
...We needed it bad, but this is nuts...I have a bunch of ribs, pork and beef, and a bunch of chickrn breast/thighs susposed to go on the smoker today...and the rain will make the air temp fluctuate...making it hard to smoke everything right....[;)]

Yea I was going to do a deer roast today myself. But it may have to wait a couple days.
Think I'll do some deer meatloaf instead.0 -
