Lawmakers are starting to piss me off. How about we expand this and not let you sell a car to anyone if you are not a licensed car dealer or you cant sell your house unless you are a real estate agent?

These a$$clowns have far overreached their legitimate bounds.

this is the email i received about it

    Dear fellow gun owner:

Just five days ago, we sent you an email alert about Senate Bill SB104, the
bill to ban private sales of firearms in Milwaukee county.

In that email, we told you that it would only be a matter of time before
every county in the state would be trying to jump on the bandwagon, and try
to pass legislation to prohibit private sales in those counties.

That prediction has proved to be more true than anyone could imagine.

The author of SB104, Senator Spencer Coggs (D-Milwaukee), has already
amended his own bill to now ban the private sales of firearms across the
entire state: every county, city, and town, including yours.

If you didn't think you had a dog in this fight before, well, now you do.

The fact that Senator Coggs has decided to go after every gun owner in the
state, rather than just gun owners in Milwaukee county, suggests that the
anti-gunners are going to try to use their control of the state Senate to go
beyond so-called "modest" gun control bills.

Anti-gunners use tragedies to advance their cause, because their arguments
are not based upon logic, but rather emotion. And, now, they're using the
justifiable public outrage over the shooting of a four year-old girl to
    advance their cause.

Did you shoot the four year-old girl who was skipping rope in front of her
house when some gang-bangers did a drive-by shooting? Are you the punk who
knows who killed that girl, but has so far refused to cooperate with police
to find her killers because of the warped "no-snitch" street gang creed?

    Of course not.

But this bill will treat you just like those low-life gang-bangers.

And, if this bill is passed, things will only get worse for you and every
other law-abiding gun owner in the state, because there's no limit to what
    the anti-gunners will try next.

Remember the ban on handguns in Madison in the 1990's? Remember
then-Attorney General Jim Doyle's attempts to ban short-barrelled handguns,
certain shotguns, and almost every type of ammunition?

If SB104 is passed, we may see those days again.

The pro-gun forces in Wisconsin have spent years making our state one in
which law-abiding gun owners are free to engage in their sports, and not be
punished for the actions of a few criminals.

SB104, if passed, will reverse our direction, and negate all of the hard
work done by so many to preserve our rights.

There will be a public Senate committee hearing on SB104 on Tuesday, May
29th at the Deparment of Natural Resources building at 2300 Martin Luther
King Drive in Milwaukee. The hearing is scheduled to run from 3 pm to 7 pm.

Please make every effort to attend this hearing, and register your vote
    against the bill.

If you cannot attend the hearing, please contact your state senator and
state representative to let them know your opinion. If you don't know who
your state senator and state representatives are, please go to
http://waml.legis.state.wi.us/ and enter your street address.

SB104 will do nothing to stop senseless killings. It will do nothing to stop
criminals from getting guns. The only result of the passage of SB104 will be
to put more restrictions upon you and every other law-abiding gun owner.

    Thanks,
Wisconsin Citizens for Personal Security (formerly the Wisconsin Concealed
    Carry Association)
    Louis Danielson, Chairman
    Bill Schmitz, Vice Chairman
    Andrew Walkowiak, Treasurer
    Frank Tower, Secretary

[:(!]Most of the state is fine, but why is it that so many of the dumbazzes come from Milwaukee and Madison? They don't give a rats a** about any other people in the state, it's all about them and their cities. I'm not saying that all people from these two cities are bad people(I have met many who are very nice people), but a high percentage of them don't care about anything or anybody else besides themselves. This is just the straw that broke the camel's back(for me) when it comes to people in those two cities. I could come up with a whole list of things that they just don't seem to comprehend.

Personally, I think that any city in the world with a population over 50,000 needs to be nuked. Any more than that, and the stupidity level reaches critical mass causing the common sense to implode.

Its like any state, even Kali I'd expect. Those in the cities, are about the same number as those in rural areas, and towns. Those in cities know that those in rural ares cannot come to the city on every whim. So thats were they do their dumbpoop at. Pisses one off does it not. A person I work with from Kali has said, that in the past thosen in northern Cali, wanted to split from those in southern Kali making two states. There were more cities, and votes in southern Kali, and it didn't pass.

That's because south cali steals their water from north cali. If north cali splits, then south cali has to buy the water that they currently get for free.

Thats what she said. Said they take the water, and put them on a meter. Other folks I've worked with from northern Cali have said the attitude is different in the north of the state from the south. The south part though screws up the state for all. Some story about firefighters that burned to death in a house, becasue they couldn't get water from a nearby stream because of spawning salmon or trout or something like that. Said all the screwed up laws come from the southern Kali.

That's because south cali steals their water from north cali. If north cali splits, then south cali has to buy the water that they currently get for free.
