You know, I never really thought about people LIKING to be belittled and insulted. My intent regarding loss of rights in America is to try to get people DOING things about it, instead of all of them constantly whining, crying, and bitching about government. Most have NO CLUE of how deeply all our lives have been affected by the "agenda" of the past 50 or so years. No one knows, for example, about the Bilderberg and what it does, or the fact that strong evidence exists that Russian Premier Khruschev was fired as a result of an unprecedented "vacation" to Russia by one David Rockefeller.

Well, that's a good intent, you just have to come up with a good way of doing it. The way the society has been developing last few decades, I think you need some monumental event to get people off their asses, anything else, they'll just laugh at you. While people are fed, have a place to sleep and paris' hiltons of the world to lower their IQ, they aren't going to listen or follow anyone, even if you take ALL of their rights. Some day soon I should write up an essay on how people in Russia perceived the fall of USSR and what they all think now and how they would welcome the old regime back. It's good to be an idealist, but for the most part the world isn't what it seems or what you want it to be. Anyways, it's a topic of a completely different conversation.

Right after 9-11, I thought the event just might do the deed you mentioned above- get people up off their asses. And, for awhile, everyone was talking about treating your neighbors better, crime rates generally receded for awhile, but alas, then the Americans' "Short Memory Syndrome" set in. That's the one responsible for the impossible happening- Clinton's re-election.

    being held down

    By The MAN?

By anything. It is kind of like claustrophobia but tight places don't bother me as long as I can move my arms.
