on one hand this could be a very bad thing: just what determines if you are whacko or not? pee-sichiatrists have a very strange way of looking at people, primarily because most of them are themselves NUTS.
On the other hand, Cho was really friggin' nuts. It don't take a rocket scientist to determine that, why he didn't make the list I don't know.0 -

FWIW, the p-shrinks screwed up in FAILING to have data on Tech shooter (I will NOT use his name- since he was seeking fame) entered in the State Gun check database. His purchases were already against the law. While medical privacy laws prohibit release of info, there was supoosed to be a disqualifier for gun purchases that went into the state instant-check system. Dealer did what he was supposed to, the docs did not. 0 -

Don't have to. There is no provision for the federal government to infringe on anyone's right to bear arms under any circumstances. PERIOD.
