How do you know exactly what country they are from. Did you ask them or did they just tell you. What difference does it make where you preceive they are from and why is this so important to you that you started this thread.........

Yep, LA is a real "melting pot" of people from all over the world. Now, if someone will just turn the burner all the way up........ [}:)][:D]

You know, all these "melting pots", if you think a bit about them, aren't really "melting pots", they are sewers, cesspools, etc. Anything but a "melting pot".

I don't care where they came from as long as they become Americans once they are here.
What I hate is when they come from elsewhere and try to make America bend to accommadate their beliefs.
If their beliefs and culture are so important to them then they should stay right where they came from.
I just heard that the Seatac airport can not have a Christmas theme this year because forigners complained that it is not fair to them to have a Christmas tree in a public place.
Maybe they should have stayed in the country they came from and celebrate as they do over there.

foreigners here today are not assimilating. they are taking over and changing america. for instance, in los angeles school districts many schools no longer teach about american presidents like Washington or Jefferson but rather celebrate and teach about Cesear Chavez, the great Mexican hero.

So let me get this straight, you walk into the bank and engage in a conversation with five bank tellers and each takes the time to say I am Iranian, Hispanic, Indian, Asian....Did you get their phone numbers also.....who has that BS flag...

I went to deposit a check and there were 5 tellers. Two were Iranian, one was Indian, one was Hispanic and one was Asian. I live in Los Angeles.

From what I've seen of your postings here, I find it more than a little surprising that anyone was willing to wait on you regardless of their ethnic origins.

It's odd that 5 foerign nationals from 4 different places all ended up in the same branch.

Nothing unusual in metropolitan areas in CA. San Jose is exactly the same way. I even picked up an Iranian girl at BofA branch by our office over there once, went out on a couple of dates, she said most of people over there are from India, Mid-east, Asians, etc. Some branch managers are white, but that's about it. Oh crap, I can't even remember her name anymore...

Are they always foreign nationals, or are some of them Americans with different backgrounds?
