Not sure why the firefighter is on scene. Doesn't seem like much chance for a fire.

because most are search and rescue not just firefighters, {unless their union of course[:)]}

They are also trained on Haz-Mat containment. There is fuel and oil spillage into a waterway to be concerned with.

Well, the "D" starting the ID number indicates that it was/is not registered in the USA. Drug running??
