Malpractice Website??
Is there a website that tells how many times a certain doctor has been sued? Just enter the doc's name and the state and you get the info.
No, there's no problems here, we are just curious. OK, it's more like being nosey.

It doesn't take much to google your state medical commission web site. 0 -
I'm pretty sure that information is NOT publically available. There is a place to report such things, but reporting is not very consistent. And I believe the only folks that can get results are people with a legitimate business need for the information - like a hospital checking the credentials of a new doctor who applies for priviledges at that hospital. Even then when you inquire and get no hits you can't be sure he has none, only that nobody reported any.
Our CYA/litigious society at it's best.0
