A tragedy has struck my family...

My cousin's wife, right here in West Palm, died last night from "massive cardiac failure".
She woke Sat. AM, with severe chest pain and was taken to and admitted into, Jupiter Hospital.She was diagnosed as having blockages, so stents were implanted.After being let out of ICU, she was in a semi-priv room Sun. and again complained of severe chest pain. Early Sun. evening, she passed away. I'm not sure if she died wile on the operating table or not, but she did die. She is survived by her husband, one son and a daughter.
My cousin is taking it real hard, as although being diabetic,no heart problems were known of..

People... Please. Get regular check-ups!This tragedy may have been avoided...

    sorry for your lose, It is sad when people die of things like this.

    I can atest to getting in an getting regular check ups. I was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure (hypertension) treatable with medication but until the symptoms hit i had no idea i had a problem.

    ...A little word to the wise for future reference..stints are NOT the way to go...always get the by-pass! Stints are at the best a SHORT term solution in comparrison to a by-pass!
    Stints are easier, quicker/cheaper and don't hurt... but do NOT give the same results of a by-pass, ask me I know. Prayers sent guy.
