I believe the flip side to convoy was "Old Home Fill-er Up An' Keep On A-Truckin' Cafe".
His real name is Bill Fries. C.W. McCall was a fictional charector from a bread comercial that featured CW as the truck driver delivering the bread and his dog Sloan.
When Bill did break into music he kept the name CW as people were familier with it.
He actually had a number of hits but "convoy" was his biggest and most well known as it broke into the top40 charts and not just the country charts that were not very popular at that time.
Some of his hits include
Wolf Creek Pass
Old Home Fill-er Up An' Keep On A-Truckin' Cafe
Black Bear Road

The original was much better.Funny though.[:D] 0
