Country Fresh?
The misses and I have had our attention grabbed by commercials for some products like air freshener or water softener that advertise, with great braggadocio that they have "that country fresh" smell. Well, I've spent a large percentage of my lifetime in the "country" - at our or friend's mountain ranches. Either these urbanite manufacturers are touting the smell of horse, cow, and chicken manure as a selling point for their products or they have a foundationless belief of what the "country" is. I can't help but LOL every time I see some urban blonde take some clothing out of a dryer, hold it up to her smiling face and remark about that "country fresh smell".
