A shooting at a house on a suburban San Diego cul-de-sac left five people dead in what the authorities said could be a murder-suicide. Police officers responding to a report of shots fired on Sunday found two men and two women dead at the house in Temecula, said Sgt. Dennis Gutierrez of the Riverside County sheriff's department. A fifth victim, a woman, died at a hospital, he said. Sergeant Gutierrez said neighbors told investigators that all five people lived at the house. The victims' identities were not released, but all were thought to be related, he said.

Shooting Kills a Boy, 13, and Wounds Another

ELIZABETH, N.J., Nov. 12 - Jacqueline Purdie clutched herself against the cold, stared at the monitor showing the blurry surveillance tape, and watched her 13-year-old son die.
Ms. Purdie peered into the van of a television news crew and looked on in horror as a video showed a gunman in a black hooded sweatshirt approach her son, Elijah Henderson, and two friends and open fire before ducking into a Mercedes-Benz and speeding off early Monday.

"Oh, I see it," she said, sobbing, as she watched the grainy video. "Oh Lord, that's my son."

The shooting, captured shortly after midnight by a surveillance camera at a nearby apartment building, showed the gunman firing at one youth, also 13, before shooting Elijah in the back of the head as he and a third friend rode down the sidewalk on one bicycle.

Elijah died at the scene, the police said. The other boy who was shot, identified by Elijah's father, Cordell Henderson, as Isaiah Davis, was treated for multiple gunshot wounds and was listed in stable condition at University Hospital in Newark. The police said that the third youth, whom they declined to identify, escaped, apparently unharmed.

Friends and family members described Elijah as "very good, not a troublemaker." But they could not explain why he and two friends were out on the streets of the gritty neighborhood shortly before 1 a.m. on a Monday morning, or why they were gunned down in such a calculated manner.

Lt. Gary Lewis, a spokesman for the Elizabeth Police Department, declined to say whether anything was taken from the boys, but the videotape of the shootings did not appear to show anything being stolen. He said there were no suspects, though an eyewitness described a hooded and masked gunman with dreadlocks, and said he fled in a Mercedes-Benz that was parked at Fulton and Second Streets.

    No parallel, there, Russian feller.

A gun cannot load itself, run up to within range of a victim, and then fire itself at the victim.

You seem to be trying to compare the animate and inanimate.

which begs the question: if a pit bull used a gun on somebody, do you "get rid of" all guns or all pit bulls? I think some people's brain would blow up.

The dogs had probably heard her make some kind of racist pit statements and have been taught no other way to respond than as the did.
