I was affraid that would be the answer!

Dang I want these things gone!

I just am not really a cat person!

The only reason we got one was because of where we live you get the accational field mouse makeing its way into the house and a cat is the best cure for that.

They are good for that. We have one that bring in mice, moles, bugs, birds, chipmunks and rabbits.

Male animals never bring home surprises like this...

yeah 8 weeks sounds about right,
the good news is that when they are that small they will hardly be "running around" probably hanging around mom for most of the time

8 weeks is too early. They should be 12 weeks. Check with Blackroses, she works for a professional breeder.

And after you get rid of the kittens, GET THE CAT FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't even get me started on irresponsible pet owners! :P

    I plan on it!

But it was too late when we got the cat as it was allready pregnat!

But also it will stricktly be an indoor cat as if I let it out my dogs would tear it up in a split second![;)]

    git-r-done..

    BR here...NOT classic...

You can give kittens away or legally sell them at 8 weeks here in Florida...BUT, and that is a big BUT....they MUST be able to survive on their own, meaning, are they eating their own food most of the time or nursing mom most of the time?...litter trained?...etc

We do not let any of our cats go before 12 weeks...I give them their first set of shots at 8 weeks, then the vet does the second set a month later when they are given their health certicates....and in florida you do not sell any dog or cat without a health certificate...

At 12 weeks, you can be sure the kittens are old enough to go, healthy enough and are usually totally weaned....You can probably start looking for homes for them at 10 weeks...yes 10 weeks if they are healthy enough...and I know you have been around enough animals (kids included) to look at something and tell if its healthy...

    Thanks BR!

I have a home for one of them when they are ready so I only need to find homes for 3 more.

I'll also get them to the vet here in the next week or so for shots.

Kittens playing with each other are hysterically funny.

We just got a new one a couple of weeks ago, because Nova is getting old.

Her name is Juliette and she's 9 weeks old.

Tell them to take two! They do better! (It's true) They'll whup up on each other thus building muscle tone for better health.

I like kittens unfortunately they grow into....cats!

GRD there are easier ways to get rid of them than finding them a new home.
