No prostate exam for me this time Man, do I hate the 'ol "finger where the sun don't shine" exam.
I get a physical every year. Doc always checks the prostate, being that I'm 46. And NO, I don't get a "second opinion!!"
GRD, PSA stands for Prostate Specific Anti????. Its a blood test to screen for prostate cancer. My doc says that unless you have a family history of prostate cancer, there is no need to get a PSA until the age of 50.
The "finger" of an experienced doc is a lot better from what I've been told.0 -
