I'm so tired
Nothing else to say. Just I'm tired. Had to come home early. Getting home at 1 a.m. and leaving by 8 for the past 2 weeks straight. I'm begining to think I'm in over my head with my new house.
And as I get closer to moving day. I realize I'm not happy about having to leave my old house. This is my home.
I've come along ways with this place. It's a part of me. I haven't live her that long, but it's going to be hard to leave just the same.
To anybody still up and reads this post. Have a good night. I hope all is good and well in your lives.

Moving is always a traumatic experience and it's easy to get depressed and stressed out over it. When I moved a while back, I found myself wondering if this is all my life added up to? A few boxes full of crap that I'm tired of dealing with? It seems like a lot of effort for something that doesn't seem to be the brightest move to be making...
But you'll get over it. You'll move in, unpack, and eventually you'll settle in. And yeah, you may miss the old place some and find yourself reminiscing, but life isn't about staying behind, it's about moving forward.
Don't forget the past, but don't reject the future, either.[;)]0 -

things get that way for me only its farming stuff...ie...a lot of things all need done at the same time, can seem at times there is no way i can get all this done and wonder why.....i read in your other post about finding floor problems and windows ect....just do one thing at a time ...most important things first.....just stick with it and it will all come together.....i am just guessing that the above quote of yours is why you are having douts about moving....it'll work out......

My home now is an old victoria. It has the octogon rooms, genger breading, tall ceiling, etc. I've have alot of work to this place, but it was over time and at my own pace.
I guess I never thought about leaving it, but I haven't been here that long.
I get this call one morning telling me to come check this house out. I got to see it before it hit the market. It all happen so fast. I wasn't going to past up a great house for half price.
I wish I could just keep this place and my new place.

I had to google what a victorian style house is for sure[;)] but now i know, they are a house with a lot of character....never been in one....what style of house are you working on now?0 -
Mines a Queen Anne, but it's not a painted lady. I have mixed feelings about those.
My new house is a Cape cod. This style fits my personality a little better. I'm very much into natica life style.0 -

I read some where that moving is the second most tramatic thing we do in our lifes, it's just natural to be a little emontional, especialy when you put so much of yourself into the house your leaving. Not to worry though, it will all be just fine. Good luck and goodnight.

A house is a house and can be made into almost anything you want, a square room can be made into an octagon if you want it ...
Your memories will always be with you, no matter what house you live in....A house, just like almost anything, can end up costing you everything IF you let memories get in the way of good decisions....There comes a time in everyone's life where you have to let go and move on, otherwise all the memories and emotions will drag you down to nothing...0 -

Ditto! I moved 12 times while in the military and 6 times before. Each move was hard but got use to it. Met some wonderful people in the process [:p].0 -

Morning! Yes today I feel so much better. I slept in a litte and played with my dogs a little this morning. My dogs are going to have some land to run around at my new place. The new place is also swarming with chipmunks. That should keep them running for awhile.
I hurt my leg yesterday and it feels better today also. Tried to push a wheel barrow up a ramp and didn't have enough momentium. [:D][:D] It's actually funny today thinking about it.
Blackrose: Actually I never like octogon rooms. They look good, but try decorating one. Especially if theres windows on most of the walls.
Loko: Still have the Chevy I love this truck. I'm not going to have time to do anything on it yet. One of the reason's I love it so much is mom stepmom hates it. She says I look like a female red neck in it. [:)][:)]
