Getting emails from the Brady Campaign
I suspect they got my email of one of the various polls I participated in. I tried to find a link to email them but cant seem to find one unless I want to donate money. Guess they don't care about anyones comments.
I wish they would get off this high cap mag issue. Will someone PLEASE send them a video of how fast a competent shooter can swap mags. They just don't get that the difference between firing off a 18 round mag and 2-10 round mags is little more than a hicup. Of course if they do figure it out they likely will want to limit how many mags we can own so maybe it is not a good idea either.
Speaking of mags a local news colomnist wrote of how the VT shooter had a "high cap" mag that allowed him to shoot without reloading. I just about fell off my chair and quickly sent off an email to enlighten her.
Remember the saying "if looks could kill"? Obviously the Brady buch thinks they can. How else do you explain how your AR is more deadly than your semi auto remington hunting rifle?
I also love their term "loophole". Most of their loopholes are not loopholes at all but failure of the government to enforce or followup on existing law. Point in case the VT shooters ability to obtain guns. It was not the fault of the laws or the gun dealer it was the fault of those who provide and maintain the records that are supposed to prevent such happenings.Legally , everything was in place to stop him from purchasing guns. It was the other side that screwed up.
I also had to laugh when they said balistic fingerprinting would have prevented the second series of shootings. I'm sure they would have processed the cases forom the first shooting within two hours. Yea right.
I dread people with no common sense.

yeah i tried to find an email link somewhere on the brady bunches sites, couldnt find one, i guess they are tired of the mailboxes being flooded with emails from the gun-toters of america 0 -
Their ageda isnt based on facts, their a bunch of fools setting behind a desk getting rich off of other peoples money. They dont care about facts or rights, just their own agenda. One thing though the Tech massacre gave them a chance to hit gun rights hard, and their swarming like bee's. We must stand strong against them. 0 -
I love responding to those even though the chances of people actually reading it are miniscule. I simply point out every inconsistency and falsehood in the message and then ask why Sarah Brady bought her son one of those "evil sniper rifles" when she's trying to get them banned.
If even just one person over there reads it and I ruin their day, it'll all be worth it.[}:)]0 -

Anytime I get a mail solitication fron the anti's I ALWAYS send them a check for .25 cents. This gets you on their mailing list and they give your name to other antis. Sometimes they even send you a poll!!![:D] (your answers really screw up the numbers) Then when you get flooded with solitations (Which cost them money) you stuff their junk back into the prepaid envelope they send. The post office scans it (which costs them money)and the game goes merrily on. Drag as much money out of their pockets as you can.[;)] 0 -
