  Go to Yampa.
  Head East on County road 8.
  No Elk there either.
  Better off going for Mule deer. Or fishing in the lakes.
  I stopped trying for an Elk tag in CO after four attempts at it. Saw a lot of cows and smaller stuff. But nothing legal.
